We currently ship to addresses supported by our United States market.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. The available shipping method and final cost will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Yiwu Warehouse in Zhejiang, China. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery is within 15 business days. Delivery timing may vary due to destination, carrier, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Any delivery date shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address change is needed before dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges determined by the destination authorities. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Delayed or lost shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe a shipment is lost, contact correnva@163.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier.
