Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Items showing wear, damage after delivery, alteration, or missing parts may not be accepted.

To request a return, contact us at correnva@163.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
